Heather Tucker – Financial Advisor
For over 25 years, I have had the privilege of helping clients build financial plans to help them accomplish their goals and dreams. Whether the focus is on retirement, purchasing a home, overall family finances, or the burden of medical bills, each affects short and long-term decision-making. I quickly learned that providing a safe, calm platform to discuss finances helps people manage stress. I am honored to be able to understand my client’s needs and act as an impartial, knowledgeable, and honest resource.
My approach with clients is driven by a positive, quality experience that provides informative, service-oriented interaction. Whether the client has a complex or straightforward issue, I take the time to ensure understanding and provide solutions that don’t feel overwhelming.
Activities outside of work include a love of photography, quilting, traveling, cooking, baking, and of course, Oregon Ducks Football! Go Ducks!!

Charity Tucker – Financial Advisor & Office Manager
I am a financial advisor with LPL working alongside Heather Tucker as a dedicated mother-daughter team since 2021. Together, we combine generational perspective with a shared passion for guiding clients through every stage of their financial lives.
I focus on investment planning, tax-efficient strategies, small-business guidance and empowering women and young investors through education and clear, approachable advice. I enjoy helping pre-retirees gain confidence about their next chapter by creating thoughtful, personalized plans that balance today’s needs with tomorrow’s goals.
I’m known for my warm and friendly style, and believe financial planning should feel collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real conversations about what matters most.
Outside the office, I enjoy gardening, cooking, hiking and fishing. I love spending time with my family and friends and my energetic chocolate lab, Rogue. Go Ducks!
